EDITORIAL STATUS OF e3 – Revista de Economia, Empresas e Empreendedores na CPLP
I - e3 – Revista de Economia, Empresas e Empreendedores na CPLP, also known for its abbreviated forms of e3 or e3 Journal, is a periodic publication. Publisher property: Ponteditora.
II - Under the motto of Fernando Pessoa: “My homeland is the Portuguese language.”, e3 is a publication aimed at disseminating science in Portuguese and English, open to novel news worlds, new paths, reinforcing its long-term mission to gather and disseminate knowledge and bring researchers and scientific communities closer together, dedicated to the community of Portuguese-speaking countries.
III - The e3 editorial line publishes unpublished texts dedicated to scientific research and focuses on Business Education; Business, Technologies, Mathematics & Statistics; Entrepreneurship & Sustainability; Finance & Accounting; Leadership & Management; Marketing & Communication; Strategy & Development.
IV - e3’s mission is to promote science in Portuguese and English, in its editorial lines, as a way to stimulate knowledge in scientific communities.
V - e3 is published every six months, on paper, in Portugal and, when justified, in the Portuguese-speaking community, being disseminated in the rest of the world in digital format;
VI - The e3 will have approximately 80 to 180 A4 pages and a paper print run of less than 1000 copies.
VII - e3 is, from its genesis to the present, published in print and is available in open access online.
VIII- e3 has a technical and scientific editorial board, open to academics, researchers, professionals and executives from organizations and companies globally.
IX - e3 has a technical and scientific editorial board, open to academics, researchers, professionals and executives from organizations and companies related to corporate activity in the Portuguese-speaking community, such as CEOs, CFOs, among others.
X - e3 publishes original and review academic and scientific papers, as well as essays and reviews;
XI - The approval of manuscripts for publication is regulated by criteria of relevance, interest, scientific quality and respect for the plurality of perspectives. e3 assumes itself as independent from any political, ideological or economic power, and is guided by criteria of rigor, exemption and inclusion.
XII - e3 publishes in Portuguese as well as in English. Each article includes the title, abstract and keywords in both languages.
XIII - e3 Journal edits regular numbers and special numbers, entrusted to accredited researchers in their respective fields of expertise (guidelines for reviewers), under the scrutiny and approval of the Editorial Team. All collaboration is subjected to a demanding selection and review process based on scientific arbitration in two ways, by blind or peer and open peer review.
XIV- Aiming at the highest ethical standards in publishing, the e3 Editorial Team inspires its Code of Ethics in the guidelines established by the Committee on Publication Ethics COPE; Declaration of Helsinki WMA; International Committee of Medical Journal Editors ICMJE; Animal Research: Reporting of In Vivo Experiments ARRIVE. This code defines the responsibilities of all parties involved in the act of publishing e3.
XV - The e3 Journal aims to promote the exchange of ideas, experiences and projects between authors, entrepreneurs and the business market, contributing to the reflection of its editorials at a global level.
XVI - e3 Journal makes available the Standards for presentation and publication of articles and an annual list of reviewers that collaborate in the scientific arbitration of the manuscripts.
XVII - The Editorial Team of the e3 Journal is committed to ensuring respect for the ethical principles and professional ethics of journalists, as well as for the good faith of readers, pursuant to paragraph 1 of article 17 of the Press Law.
