This concept was introduced by the Club of Rome, founded in 1968 under the leadership of A. Peccei, as an institution that brings together specialists from all over the world concerned with the evolution and the destiny of people globally. Naturally, educational systems must respond to the demands of these realities and the challenges launched by the social space. The specific conservatism of educational systems, however, causes them to lag behind in relation to social demands, which generates a very uncomfortable phenomenon, identified in the education crisis. These causes are diverse and obvious, including currently at the level of education systems. The use of business intelligence in the hospitality and tourism industry enables companies to intelligently analyse this data and make informed decisions to improve their services, optimise operational efficiency, and enhance the customer experience. This research addresses the adoption of business intelligence in hospitality and tourism companies and, in the first phase, aims to identify and characterise the strategic objectives underlying decision-making in hospitality and tourism companies. After reviewing the literature, it was found that there are some studies on the use of business intelligence in companies in the hospitality and tourism sectors, although there is no roadmap to serve as a reference for the implementation of a business intelligence system in companies in these sectors. Among the identified causes, driver fatigue emerged as the second major contributor to these incidents. Efforts to address this issue have resulted in the development of legislation over the years. Concurrently, aligning with initiatives in the European Union, the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) has actively promoted collaboration with the automotive industry to integrate safety-enhancing systems in vehicles, aiming to alleviate challenges such as driver fatigue.</p> <p>The proposed strategy represents an intermediary solution, bridging the gap between the security provided by in-vehicle systems and the accessibility offered by mobile systems. The project's overarching goal is to ensure cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and widespread applicability. The main challenges in the entrepreneurial phenomenon are identified in this study, which represent an immediate contribution to the discussion on the development and economic evolution, emphasizing the impact of creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship in sudden health emergencies. For this purpose, descriptive research and literature reviews were done, where the years 2019 -2020 - 2021, were contrasted. The growth and decrease of taxpayers in the mentioned periods were analyzed with the support of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) during the opening, closing, and suspension phases. A scenario that began to be slowly modified with the Industrial Revolution, in this growing industrialization, women were employed in industries and workshops, but without leaving aside household chores, thus initiating a double journey. Even with the perceptive growth of women acting as entrepreneurs, several authors point out some barriers faced by women in this condition. Considering that female entrepreneurship has great economic potential, the present work aims to understand the challenges and achievements of the enterprising street vendors in Montes Claros, who seek social and economic inclusion. It started with the importance of understanding the reasons that led the marketers to choose to undertake and how they deal with the multiplicity of tasks, in their personal and professional lives, often becoming considered the breadwinner of their families. The research is characterized as bibliographic and field. In this way, data were collected through semi-structured interviews with the entrepreneurs, meaning a formal procedure of obtaining information through the speech of the respondents. The results show that among the biggest challenges faced by women entrepreneurs are: lack of capital to be invested, reconciling personal and professional life and the oscillation of the market/economy. According to the results obtained, it can be concluded that the main reason women take to undertake is: to do what they like, and even with the multiplicity of tasks there is a flexibility of schedules that can be favorable mainly for those who are mothers. .
