Abstract

This project aims to conceptualize Marketing Personnel and present the advantages it can bring to a successful professional career. The Personal Marketing is the construction of "self" in an attempt to find a professional and personal profile that contributes to the market requirements. For the individual trying to enter the labor market or stay, you should enhance your professional and personal development, so as to achieve a successful career. Professionals should develop and disseminate their own "brand", taking care of his image, working their personal and professional, making it become a reference in the market and with that, can be the most sought after, the highest-paid and most well regarded. The Personal Marketing becomes increasingly important and competitive, as companies are giving more than the experience in individuals who are in search of a vacancy in the job market. For the research in question, the methodology was developed through a literature review, qualitative and descriptive. Deepened study of the theory on the Personal Marketing, its interconnected elements, and factors that unite this concept.
