Abstract







This article comprises a partial report of a learning experience of the extension project entitled Agile methodology for project sustainability in micro and small information and communication technology (ICT) companies (our emphasis) applied towards the curricularization of extension in the Bachelor's degree in Accounting and for the community around the IES - Centro Universitário SENAC. The action included workshops taught by extension students on Agile Methodologies in the first semester of 2024. The article, in turn, was prepared using the qualitative method and in the first stage, a bibliographical review and second applications of semi-structured questionnaires with multiple questions were carried out. open choice aimed at students and participants in the teaching-learning proposal about this construction of knowledge. It can be evidenced from the data that the knowledge taught was significant for the participants and was related to the academic and work worlds

Milena Silva de Paiva, Centro Universitário SENAC

He has experience in the area of ​​Computer Science, with an emphasis on Computing Methodology and Techniques, working mainly on the following topics: business structure, helpdesk and servicedesk. As an Information Technology Management student with skills in HTML, Python and infrastructure knowledge, I stand out for my ability to identify needs and effective solutions. My skills include interpersonal understanding, empathy, teamwork, flexibility, initiative, organization and proactivity. Furthermore, I have a strong interest in developing academic research focusing on project management and software quality, which complements my training and practical skills.

PhD and master's degree in Sciences - Mathematical Modeling of biological phenomena from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of São Paulo (FMUSP). Graduated in Mathematics, with specialization in Statistics from the University of São Paulo (IME-USP). Collaborating researcher at the Laboratory of Psychiatric Neuroimaging (LIM-21) at the Hospital das Clínicas of FMUSP and professor of undergraduate and postgraduate courses at the SENAC-SP University Center. His research activities include studies on Mathematical/Statistical Modeling, Biostatistics, Big Data and Analytics

Sergio Tavares, Centro Universitário SENAC

Graduated in Electronic Technology from Mackenzie University, graduated in Electrical Engineering from FESP, Master of Science from USP - Area: Electronic Systems, graduated in Communication Systems from Centro Universitário Belas Artes de São Paulo. He studied the CCNA CISCO at CCE / USP (Electronic Computing Center) and the modules: Digital Communications, Digital TV and Antennas at FDTE / USP. He is currently a Professor at the SENAC University Center and the Paula Souza ETEC Center. Coordinates the CISCO academy at the technical school at Centro Educacional Assistencial Pedreira - CEAP. He is currently co-coordinator of the Computer Engineering and Computer Networks courses at Centro Universitário SENAC. He has experience in the area of ​​Electrical Engineering, working mainly in the following areas: Electronics, Industrial Automation, Telecommunications and Computer Networks. Active researcher in the PAD LSI EPUSP High Performance and Pervasive Computing Systems Group and in the SENAC research group. It operates in the areas of sustainability, high-speed networks, smart cities, internet of things, software-defined radio, microelectronics, 5/6G networks, millimeter waves, UWB and radar. Business administration student at Centro Universitário Senac, with professional experience for over 4 years in personnel management and recruitment and selection.
